Jump.BG is a web hosting company based in Bulgaria. Its hosting solutions are designed for small and medium-sized businesses. While the vendor gives very limited information about its hosting architecture, its growing market share in Bulgaria is a testament to its decent service offerings.

Jump.BG is a Bulgarian web hosting company that offers an array of hosting solutions, including shared web hosting, SSD VPS hosting, leased servers, WordPress hosting, and Reseller hosting. It also offers hosting solutions designed for online stores, and SSL certificates.

This hosting vendor has a significant presence in Bulgaria, scoring a market share of 0.06% and making it into the list of the top 30 hosting providers in that country. The Jump.BG website is only available in Bulgarian.

Features and Ease of Use

Jump.BG hosting packages include the following standard features:

  • Unlimited FTP accounts
  • Unlimited files and folders (inodes)
  • Unlimited Bandwidth
  • Parked domains
  • Subdomains
  • cPanel
  • Backup Manager
  • PHP – 7.x & 5.x

Jump.BG has invested in a modern data center with fast and optimal LiteSpeed servers to ensure that all of the websites it hosts operate optimally and record impressively fast loading speeds. The vendor leverages the new HTTP/2.0 standard to make sure that its users’ website content loads faster than the solutions offered by most other vendors in Bulgaria.

This hosting firm offers what it calls 360° website protection. The solution involves the vendor’s hosting experts constantly monitoring your website to find any security vulnerabilities and fault lines and sealing them. It also includes a number of security features, including CageFS, DDoS protection, cPHulk Brute Force Protection, and optimized ModSec rules.

Jump.BG’s most basic hosting package comes with 600 CPU minutes, and 5GB ultra-fast SSD drive, while the most advanced shared hosting package includes 4500 CPU minutes, 150GB ultra-fast SSD drive, and a free domain for the first year.

Users who buy this vendor’s hosting solutions also get to enjoy daily remote backups. The backups are, however, not automatic; users have access to the Backup Manager which they can use to create a backup copy of their websites. The recovery of your account is also quite easy, a process you can complete with just a few clicks.

Pricing and Support

Jump.BG hosting solutions are pretty cheap, especially given that the vendor has made noteworthy efforts to include a good number of unlimited as well as free features. That said, the solutions come with inflexible billing cycles of at least 12 months. Other cycles include once every two years and once every three. The prices are listed in Bulgarian levs. Payment methods allowed include PayPal, ePay, EasyPay Cash, and bank transfer.

Jump.BG offers a 30-day money-back guarantee, but offers no network uptime guarantee.

You can get in touch with this vendor through its support phone number, email, or ticketing system. The vendor has what looks like a live chat link, but the link redirects to a help center that contains articles on a range of hosting-related topics.

I sent a query to this vendor and got a response in less than two hours.

Jump.BG also has a comprehensive knowledge base.
