24/7 customer support is provided by telephone, live chat, and email. The first time I tried, I found that the live chat was unresponsive, and my subsequent email was returned to me as undeliverable (no such person at that address). This had me worried, but since the modern look of IntraWeb’s website suggested it was still very much in business, I tried the chat again. I only got as far as garnering an initial response, but it was good enough for me.
I’m glad I received a response from customer services because this provider’s self-support knowledge base is not worth mentioning. So I won’t.
