InfinityHosts hosting solutions are fairly priced and come with an array of premium features, including free instant setup. The vendor has four billing cycles; monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annual subscription plans.
InfinityHosts does not offer a free hosting plan, but includes a seven-day money-back guarantee. This is, however, a shorter guarantee period compared to most other vendors that offer at least 30 days in which to try the service, risk-free. The vendor also offers theindustry standard 99.99% network uptime guarantee.
InfinityHosts’ 24/7 technical support team can be reached via telephone, ticketing system, email, and live chat. While the vendor insists that it has a highly responsive support team, the reality is notably different: the email I sent them never got a response.
What’s more, the knowledge base available on the vendor’s website is scanty, offering little help to webmasters who prefer solving their own hosting-related issues.
