The most significant shortfall in HostingPartner’s hosting provision is its low bandwidth and storage allocations. Although you get higher allowances with the e-commerce packages, and the VPS solutions offer unlimited bandwidth, you only get 80 GB with the standard package (which won’t suffice for very traffic-heavy websites).
You’re also limited in terms of the numbers of databases, domains, websites, and mailboxes you can have. And unless you opt for the top tier plan, the storage allocation will only be enough for a medium-sized blog or business website. Put simply, this won’t be the best host if you put a premium on “unlimited everything.”
You get SSD storage, which is unusual at this price point, and you get all the essential (if unremarkable) hosting features you would expect. The ISPmanager control panel is perfectly functional but equally unremarkable.

HostingPartner’s hosting prices are shockingly low compared with most other Italian and other European providers. But beware the low storage and bandwidth allocations that make these plans only really suitable for entry-level and small business website owners. Other unappealing factors include the fact that you have to sign up for at least a year (albeit at a price that some providers might charge per month), and the refund window is a shorter-than-usual ten days.
On the plus side, for a low price, you do get a free domain, free shared SSL certificate, backups, a control panel, free email hosting, SSD storage, an SLA, no setup fees.
