All hosting plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee, and you can pay via major credit/debit cards, PayPal, or bank transfer.
Even though the HostCry website has a knowledgebase, it’s empty. In other words, it’s useless.
HostCry’s customer support is available 24/7 via phone, email, and a contact form. I sent my questions in an email and through the contact form. More than 48 hours have passed, and I haven’t received a reply from either channel. I wouldn’t consider this reliable support.
