e-Padi has four categories of shared hosting plans, including three cPanel hosting categories and one DirectAdmin hosting category. The cPanel categories include Cheap SSD Web Hosting, SSD Corporate Hosting, and SSD Professional Hosting.
If your website requires higher specifications, I wouldn’t recommend any of the Cheap SSD Web Hosting plans as they come with limited specs.

You can contact customer support via live chat, phone, email, and support ticket. All channels are available 24 hours except for the call center, only available during office hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT +7).
I started by contacting the live chat, which ended in complete failure. Even though it showed as online, no one answered my request. I didn’t have much luck with the other two online channels, either.
