e-Padi is an Indonesian web hosting provider offering shared hosting, CMS hosting, VPS hosting, email hosting, reseller hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration, and other website-related services. e-Padi manages all its services through data centers in Indonesia, Singapore, and the US.
The website has a simple layout, but the design seems a bit outdated. It is available in more than ten languages, including English, and prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah.

Features and Ease of Use
e-Padi has four categories of shared hosting plans, including three cPanel hosting categories and one DirectAdmin hosting category. The cPanel categories include Cheap SSD Web Hosting, SSD Corporate Hosting, and SSD Professional Hosting.
If your website requires higher specifications, I wouldn’t recommend any of the Cheap SSD Web Hosting plans as they come with limited specs.
Here are some of the features that come standard with the cPanel hosting plans:
- cPanel control panel
- Softaculous auto-installer
- SSD storage
- Weekly backups
- Free SSL certificates
- Free domain (except for Cheap SSD Web Hosting plans)
Compared to the other two categories, the Cheap SSD Web Hosting Plans are pretty restrictive in terms of features and resource allocations. The storage only ranges from 50 MB to 250 MB, barely enough to support a basic website.
e-Padi uses SSD storage for all its plans, which is known to be faster and more stable than regular HDD storage. This increase in speed reflects directly on your website’s loading speeds and overall performance.
All plans come with the famous cPanel control panel and the Softaculous one-click installer. The cPanel and Softaculous installer are known for ease of use and a wide range of supported applications and scripts. Both these features make the building and management of your website easy, and you won’t require advanced technical skills.
Pricing and Support
ePadi’s prices are considered quite cheap when compared to other international providers. However, you are paying a lower price for limited specifications. All prices shown on its website are for a yearly billing cycle.
The accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other bank transfer options. All plans come with a 30-day money-back guarantee.
Even though the e-Padi website has a knowledgebase, it’s limited in the topics it covers. The entire knowledgebase consists of only 34 articles.
You can contact customer support via live chat, phone, email, and support ticket. All channels are available 24 hours except for the call center, only available during office hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM GMT +7).
I started by contacting the live chat, which ended in complete failure. Even though it showed as online, no one answered my request. I didn’t have much luck with the other two online channels, either.
