You can reach the company’s support staff via phone (Mon-Fri: 9 am to 1 pm; 2 pm to 6 pm local time), email, or a ticket system. All shared hosting plans of e-Hosting are backed by technical support in Spanish. You may also use e-Hosting’s online chat option to seek support. However, when I tried their online chat, there was no one to answer my queries. Even the ticket I raised seeking answers to some general queries went unanswered.
On e-Hosting’s website, there is a section labeled “Downloads” that is intended to be a library containing essential programs, manuals, and other files. Unfortunately, it is currently empty and of no use. However, the company’s knowledgebase is quite useful as it provides answers to questions about emails, databases, cPanel management, and WordPress.
