However, when I tried their online chat, there was no one to answer my queries. Even the ticket I raised seeking answers to some general queries went unanswered.
e-Hosting has a section marked “Downloads” on its website which is supposed to be a download library having all the necessary programs, manuals, and other files. However, it’s of no use as it’s empty. The company’s knowledgebase is much better where you can find answers to questions related to emails, databases, cPanel management, and WordPress.
