CiberCloud’s cloud server solutions are powered by either the Windows or Linux OS platform. Thus, the solutions are divided into two plans: Linux plans as well as Windows plans. Each plan offers slightly different hosting options as well as features.
For instance, with Linux server plans, customer’s websites are hosted on fast SSD storage servers while Windows plans come with HDD drive storage. As such, it is important for customers to choose the hosting plan that aligns with their needs. All of the hosting plans, however, come with other key features, including one dedicated IP address, use of free DNS framework, full server access, and cPanel/WHM license.
CiberCloud hosting plans do not guarantee any backup services. When you sign up for its services, you agree to perform and keep your own backup services. All the same, users may request backup services from the vendor but as an additional service at a cost of 30% of your hosting plan. These backups are performed on a weekly basis and the content is overwritten on every weekend leaving the last four full backups of the server for restoration.
Pricing and Support
Although the CiberCloud hosting plans come with free setup, the hosting solutions are quite expensive. Nonetheless, the plans come with flexible billing cycles with only monthly subscription periods. The prices of these hosting packages are listed in Brazilian real.
CiberCloud does not offer any refunds for its hosting solutions. And since you cannot try the plans for free, you will have to rely on other people’s reviews before committing to a contract. That said, the hosting plans come with a 99.99% uptime guarantee.
