Benza Hosting is suitable for both beginners and experienced webmasters, thanks to the inclusion of the Softaculous auto-installer. This will allow you to easily install applications such as WordPress, though there’s no mention of exactly how many integrations BenzaHosting supports. Otherwise, more experienced users will have no problem since cPanel is offered on all plans.
Pricing and Support
BenzaHosting features multiple forms of shared hosting with most plans only supporting a single domain. Its basic hosting plans are the cheapest plans and are less expensive than most hosts. However, its cheapest plans are also very lacking in general storage and the number of databases you can host.
The Professional Hosting plans of this service offer improved storage and unlimited databases, and their pricing is comparable to other services. If you want to host multiple domains, your only choice is Multidomain Hosting. The pricing for these Multidomain plans is lower than what other hosts charge for similar hosting, but the storage capacity on these plans is somewhat limited.
Basic hosting plans only offer biannual and annual billing cycles. Professional and Multidomain hosting offer monthly pricing. Your best deal will be annual pricing as you’ll get a 33% discount. Note that this hosting service does not offer a free domain and that domain registration pricing is average. All plans come with a ten-day free trial, though there’s no money-back guarantee.
Support with BenzaHosting is a bit substandard. The only support options are online tickets, email, and live chat. There is a FAQ section, but it is very lacking — and often down when I tried to access it. I contacted customer support via live chat, and it took about five minutes to reach an agent. Fortunately, the agent was able to communicate in English and could answer my questions competently.
The support platform is very basic and somewhat cookie-cutter. It could use an upgrade and some form of phone support. I’d also like to see faster response times from the agents. However, at least they were able to communicate in English, which makes the service more accessible if you don’t speak Spanish.
