Headquartered in South Africa, All Technology Solutions (ATS) specializes in VoIP services but also offers a small range of hosting solutions such as VPS, dedicated servers, and colocation. Its website — which doesn’t always seem to be available — doesn’t say when this vendor was established, and its Facebook and LinkedIn profiles are no longer active.
If you can access it, you’ll find the ATS website to be very basic and unattractive, and last updated in 2017.
Features and Ease of Use
ATS has two data centers: one in South Africa and the other in Germany. The network uptime is 99.9%, but there is a 99.99% uptime guarantee for colocation services.
Although ATS doesn’t give much information away about its packages, I was able to determine the following features:

- Instant delivery time
You can customize a VPS by mixing and matching. Choose your server location as Germany or South Africa, and choose your Linux operating system to be CentOS, Debian, or Ubuntu. All subscriptions come with 20 GB webspace, and you can get additional storage at extra cost. There is no SSD storage as far as I know.
ATS also sells two fixed-price dedicated server packages located in its German data center. Both plans incur a setup fee equal to one month’s hosting.

Pricing and Support
Whereas the VPS solutions are variably priced (because they’re fully customizable), the dedicated servers are fixed price (on two subscriptions). The starter VPS is pretty cheap, and there is always the possibility of promotions and discounts.
You can reach out to ATS by phone, support ticket, or email. Interestingly, I got a response within 24 hours, but unfortunately, most of my questions remained unanswered and the ticket was promptly closed.
