Can you please introduce yourself to our readers and share a few details about your professional background?
We are Sophia Ojha and Cristof Ensslin, a husband and wife team and co-founders of Simple and Aligned LLC—a digital media company focused on conscious living and wealth alignment. Our professional journeys are quite distinct yet complementary.
Cristof comes from a background in banking and investing. He holds a degree in Business Administration and has worked across various financial institutions before founding his own registered investment advisory firm, Pine Ridge Wealth. Over the years, he’s merged his financial expertise with his passion for meditation and spiritual growth. He is also the author of
Long-Term Investing for Meditators, and he regularly publishes articles and videos on the connections between personal finance and inner peace.
Sophia’s path has been in the creative and entrepreneurial space. She started as a tour guide at the United Nations in New York and then built a successful solo web design business, growing it to six figures. She also has a degree in Film and TV production from NYU and a Master’s in International Relations. Her love for creative visualization, intentional living, and digital storytelling infuses everything she creates—whether it’s meditations, blog posts, or videos. She loves helping people connect with their inner wisdom through transformative processes such as visual journeys, creative visualizations, and journaling practices.

As you mentioned, you are currently working on a new project called “Simple and Aligned”. Can you give us some insight into that? What can we expect from the project?
Simple and Aligned is the heart of our shared mission: to help people live intentionally, align with their deeper purpose, and experience both spiritual and financial fulfillment. It’s a platform that combines our diverse skill sets—Cristof’s background in personal finance and spiritual practice, and Sophia’s experience in digital creation, journaling, and introspective tools.
You can expect a range of deeply personal tools offerings—from creative visualizations and introspective journaling methods to wealth-building strategies, courses, books, livestreams, and online challenges. Everything is designed to support our community shift from feeling stuck to living a life of simplicity, clarity, and contentment. It’s about living simply, naturally, and spiritually—now.
Who is your targeted clientele for this new project?
Our ideal clients are professionals between the ages of 30 and 50 who’ve checked many of life’s “success” boxes—career, education, financial stability—but still feel a persistent nudge that something’s missing.
They may be feeling disillusioned with their careers or uncertain about their life direction. They’re seeking clarity, meaning, and a way to live more fully now—not later, not at retirement. Many of our clients are conscious professionals, budding entrepreneurs, or creatives who are interested in simplifying their lives, reconnecting with nature, and exploring spiritual growth. How much does your previous experience as a web designer working with online entrepreneurs help you in developing this new project?
This experience in running a successful web design business gave Sophia firsthand insight into the needs, struggles, and dreams of creatives and purpose-driven professionals—especially when it comes to monetizing their skills, overcoming mindset blocks, and simplifying their business models. She understands the importance of clear messaging, aesthetic design, and digital systems that support freedom and profitability.
