Really happy with SiteGround
When choosing my first WP hosting platform a few months ago, I did online research and comparison between the leading players in the industry. SiteGround seemed to fit my needs well and first year is 80% which made it attractive to start with. Since then I installed myself a WP + Woocommerce instance that I got up and running easily despite limited previous WP experience. WP tools are of course what they are but the tools that SiteGround provide are really helpful and easy to use. Since then I already upgraded my plan and have installed a second site. Again really easy. Along the process of setting these two sites, I experienced a few issues (sometimes there was a real issue, sometimes I simply didn't know how to do something and couldn't find it in the help documents). Each time I got connected with a chat support operator almost immediately and each time the support was extremely friendly and knowledgable. My issue was always sorted within minutes. I've been really impressed with the SiteGround and combined with the amazing support, I've become a Siteground fan and will be recommending SiteGround to others as well. Thank you, SiteGround team!
I just had my first Support chat with a rep. I was able to reach them almost immediately. I have/had a migration issue. The rep told me to wait a few minutes while he checked my website. He came back in a few and told me he discovered a conflict in my lazy load plugin. They have that feature, too. So one of them has to go.
I haven't checked it yet, but I'm impressed that I was given what sounds like a plausible fix after only a few minutes. I was expecting a long and probably frustrating ordeal. Of course, I haven't checked it yet. Hopefully, in a few minutes I'll still be impressed!
I have no words to express how amazing this team is. Whoever leads them and gathered these people has very clear what 'CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE' is and how important it is. I was able to make a friend switch host provider and I will make sure to get as many as possible.
Who ever hasn't experienced Site Ground support may think I exagerate but I'm afraid there aren't enough positive words to describe how great they are. Thank you guys. Thank you so much.
Siteground is a great experience - fast server, great email support, zero downtime, but what truly sets them apart is the chat experience. Their chat support is seriously amazing. Probably among the best customer experience I've ever had. Never change Siteground.
Customer service chat is excellent. Price is great! Service is reliable.
I have no trouble finding the chat button but I have been with Siteground a while now. These guys are so helpful/patient and there is never a wait. It's mind boggling how many services or SAAS sites do not have live chat! This feature is a life changer. I have never experienced any downtime or issues. Dashboard is easy to use or learn. I'm very happy with this service! Ten stars!
The chat supports is next LVL. Everything I have an issue with something that I can't solve, the support is here to look into it and guide me. AMAZING.
I don't know, but I have never been disappointed at this live support. Also, they have tons of guide to look into before to contact the chat.
Overall the best hosting provider I know for the price and amazing customer service you get :). I really appreciated the way they always solved any problems thoroughly and quickly, never an issue with anything with them. High-quality support and service.
As reviews have mentioned, you have to play "hunt the button" to find chat support. However, once there, it is GOOD. You know that you are talking to a real live person and you are spared the standard response scripts served up so often (recently being driven mad by Amazon.co.uk on that front).
I have used two other WP hosting companies (Bluehost and ionos - 1&1) and their tech support was poor (Bluehost) and appalling (ionos).
