Very good chat tech support
As reviews have mentioned, you have to play "hunt the button" to find chat support. However, once there, it is GOOD. You know that you are talking to a real live person and you are spared the standard response scripts served up so often (recently being driven mad by Amazon.co.uk on that front).
I have used two other WP hosting companies (Bluehost and ionos - 1&1) and their tech support was poor (Bluehost) and appalling (ionos).
Highly commend SiteGround.
Siteground has really good customer support i must say. Always available 24/7 and always resolves any issues fast. We are very happy about using Siteground for our webshop and their hosting solution is at a very fair price. We can highly reccomend Siteground.

Boyana B gave me great support and was very helpful. There was no "it might be your theme" like you get with some companies. He/she was patient and kind when dealing with issues and there was no problem wiating while I tried a few things myself to fix the issues.Thanks!
Love the ease of managing your websites with SG's Site Tools, and also their quick support when you have issues that can't be accessed with Site tools. Support staff is friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. We've been with siteground for more than 4 years.
Siteground is excellent for a number of reasons and I have used other hosts. I love their technical support team, very efficient and helpful. Site is easy to use and get around. I have tried the other big companies in the past and they are much harder to navigate. Do yourself a favor and use siteground!
Hard to connect straight away with support, but eventually found a way. The chap helping me was great. He helped change my wordpress password, and at least I was able to re establish a website that had been put on hold. All good, up and running now.
I just had an extremely pleasant experience with support. The tech was friendly and kind, and also patient with me. He pointed me to online documentation. I had already read the online documentation, but he explained it to me and answered my questions. I now feel confident that I can tackle this problem from here on out. He also mentioned a couple times that if I had any more issues to come back and ask. I felt very well heard and very well received. Wonderful! Good job!
