Helped me out of a jam
It was inadvertently directed to SiteGround by a web developer who did a poor job of explaining my needs, thus forcing me into some spending I did not like. The representatives helped me navigate through the process and get a substantial refund heading in my direction. I have no complaints, and they are very reputable. I can’t promise you will not have issues, but you should not expect anything but great service.
I have been hosting two websites and just purchased the email marketing option as well. Site hosting has been amazing. The Customer support is beyond kind, helpful and effective and the email marketing makes it a bit easier. I would love to see landing pages and subscriptions offered on the email marketing side of things, because currently I will be riding out the initial subscription (incredibly affordable) and then going to another platform.... I would prefer not to <3 as I love Siteground
I am always impressed with the level of patience the help center chat people offer. I never leave less than satisfied and they are so thorough. No question is stupid, they are great at scaffolding instructions to meet your needs. Beyond impressed. Thank you so much!
Customer service is always 100% great. I appreciate the time, knowledge, and patience they have dealing with various issues. Very professional and I'm glad to continue having SG host our site.
Siteground migrated over 100 sites within a couple of days including some trouble shooting. Super responsive and to the point support. Glad I switched providers.
Was very quick, thoughtful, respectful and helpful in solving my issues regarding sending emails and setting up the DNS records. I ended up switching to Sitegrounds Marketing because of her, had she not mentioned it I wouldn't have known that it was there!
