Their sellers use bots to fill orders and Fiverr doesn't feel they are responsible for buyers getting scammed on there platform and they don't do reach on sellers before allowing them to work on their platform don't use at all it will hurt you

While there are legit skilled people, there are people that have no skill and Fiverr will not help you when these people are unable to perform the work. You can disprove the work, but Fiverr will eventually mark it as completed, forcing you to accept it. Fiverr has no phone number!!!! AVOID Fiverr!!!
Fiverr International — Website malicious code infection
I ordered the implementation of a feature on my theme's website. The seller inserted also malicious code into my theme. I contact the Fiverr support (that answered after 16 days) telling me that I have to contact the seller and solve the problem with him. The problem were 2: first of all, Fiverr blocked the seller's account due to other complaints so it cannot be reached anymore and 2 I have been told that the proof that I provided is not valid. My question is: How can the proof cannot be vaild if the malicious code can be found in the delivery of the seller in the same chat?

I am launching a new business on a tight timeline and hired an animator from Fiverr to help create a video an the intro to the virtual experience I offer for kids. The freelancer was responsive, even gave me "proofs" of my video, but then requested an extension. I reluctantly gave the okay for an extension, and on the day of delivery Fiverr let me know that he no longer exists on their site– even though I paid him in full. I need this video as my business launched this month. So now I lost money AND a crucial component to the entire experience for kids.
The due date was on the 7th, it is now the 11th and I have canceled my order. I'm glad they can hold up my business for almost a week and no issues on their end. I gave him plenty of chances and even asked for an update to show my concern. Then he was trying to upsell me during the process.
