First Class Customer Service
Two thumbs up for Siteground service. I am technically challenged and found myself in a situation I couldn't figure out. I thought it was my website ... but alas, it was my computer. Siteground service helped me troubleshoot and resolve my issue. I also used their support team for an integration challenge (again, caused by my technical limitations). They were awesome! It's like finding a good mechanic. When you find someone you trust, stick with them!
SiteGround's customer support responded to my every concern and more. They are prompt, responsive, and attentive. They went above and beyond. I am thoroughly impressed.
We have a fair number of sites at SiteGround and we are very pleased with their service and support. We continue to add more sites and move other sites to SiteGround.

Yo... their service has consistently been beyond great. I support my family 100%, so it's hard to support anyone else that way. But I'll tell you this... I'd get out in the pouring rain and help one of them put a tire on their car. They are that good. Thank you guys.
Best customer service I have encountered in 30 years
Chat session started almost immediately. After a short explanation of the problem, (Wordpress Admn panel was unaccessable) they rolled back the site to a stable version and turned it back over to me. Total time was less than 5 minutes. The rep was courteous, understood the issue and fixed it. No problem I was very pleased with the outcome and recommend Siteground Hosting to everyone I talk to. As a cusomter for the past many years, this is the first time I required direct support. Their systems are stable, fast and they just work the way they are suppose to.
The Site Ground advisor understood the problem in seconds and gave a quick solution. He quickly provided a clue to an alternative e-mail which allow us to reset the password. The site address had been compromised. Very grateful for this.

I have been with Siteground for many years, and as a web designer I'm so relieved when new clients are already signed up with them, or agree to move to Siteground. It means I can rely on their excellent, high quality support. They are quick to respond, understands the explanation of the problems, and communicates in perfect English when providing the solution. They are also friendly and good humoured, which helps a lot when tech is stressing you out!
Where the support from other hosting companies require 1 hour on chat for the simplest things (and often leaves the problem only half resolved), Siteground fixes what seems to be advanced tech issues efficiently in 10 minutes.
What I especially like is that their customer service agents have the right to see and edit your website files for you, so you don't need to try to navigate all the tools yourself while on the chat with them (with many other hosts, their agents are not allowed to edit client's webite files and it's very frustrating, as they tend to provide copy paste answers instead of properly looking into the details of your issue).
Also worth mentioning is the optimization tools they provide for good website performance, and an easy-to-use dashboard (Site Tools) for installing Wordpress, SSL, restore backups etc. which are included in all their plans.
Highly recommended.
