super fast support
Support is always good for me. all my issues are getting resolved and I get a complete understanding so for the next go around, I know where to go to fix and not have to look for support. I've used 5 hosting platforms and this is by far the best overall. Thanks again
The support of SiteGround takes some time but the ultimate result was solved. All of their customer representatives are well trained and already know how to solve a problem. I really like their Hosting plans and I want to Upgrade to their Cloud Hosting plan.
I just had a chat session with Nikolay (Sp?). I was having problems with a domain name setup. Nikolay diagnosed the problem quickly, and he fixed my problem quickly. Having pulled out a lot of hair recently dealing with poor support provided by other webhosts, I was very impressed.
Good support really fast the security system is on point and really cheap!!! I am really happy with siteground and the live chat is really nice! I start working on web in 2017 using wordpress service then Bluehost, and for speed, I decide to go with a dedicated server with OVH. But With siteground I don't want to manage a server anymore! Really not necessary!

Lacho, did a great job helping me with my problem. He was very courteous, efficient and helpful. He was able to evaluate the problem and change the htaccess file so that my site would load correctly. It is good having a host with knowledgeable representatives.
I have 4 pages hosted with them and they are always very helpful if I have issues or any questions.
They are quick to reply and understand everything and always get my issues resolved in due time.
I am Very happy with there service and highly recommend it
They changed from unlimited websites to 5 max and charge the same!
Unbelievable or not. They started to charge the same prices for new users in shared hosting, but only give you 5 websites as a limit. I don't think will renew with them because I'm afraid they change my plan in the future. You should update this post with a new opinion and the features of the new plan.
Do not go with site ground they have lost all focus on customers service no real direction, and some customer support reps don' have a clue when reporting issues they just hit automatic replies without reading issues save your money and health try another company
