Can you share a few details about Fuerza Studio as a company and its journey to where it is now?

Fuerza Studio was founded 15 years ago as a small design studio and evolved into a software development company with a clear mission: to create digital experiences that meaningfully connect people and businesses. We do that with a design-centric approach to every project. Along this journey, we have overcome challenges that many companies face, especially in Brazil, where 60% of businesses don’t survive past five years. But we went beyond that. We’ve traveled the world, won awards, and worked with incredible talents. Every project, every client, and every challenge has shaped who we are today: a restless company, passionate about innovation, and committed to putting people at the center of everything we do.

What is your approach to custom web and app development that might set you apart from your competitors?

Our unique approach lies in balancing technology with empathy. We don’t just create websites, software, or apps; we craft experiences that solve real problems and deliver value. This means listening to our clients, deeply understanding their needs, and translating that into customized and functional solutions. Additionally, we work with a mindset of constant reinvention, leveraging the latest technologies and best design practices to ensure every project is unique and impactful.

How much is creating e-commerce websites different from building other websites?

Creating an e-commerce platform is much more than just building a website. It’s about understanding the customer journey, optimizing the sales funnel, and ensuring a seamless and secure user experience. Every detail matters—from selecting the right platform to integrating payment and logistics systems. Our focus is on building e-commerce platforms that not only sell but also delight users and deliver measurable results for the business. It’s a more strategic and performance-driven process compared to other types of websites, which may have more institutional or informational goals.

What can you tell me about your branding and design work?

For us, branding and design are much more than aesthetics. They are powerful tools to tell stories and create emotional connections. Our process begins with a deep dive to understand the essence of the brand, its values, and the audience it wants to reach. From there, we craft visual identities and designs that not only stand out but also clearly communicate the brand’s message.
