What marketing / paid advertising services do you provide, and how do you ensure good ROI?

For paid advertising, I adapt strategies to the client’s goals and audience. I work with Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and TikTok Ads, choosing the right platform based on where their customers are most active.

To improve ROI, I combine campaign testing with website optimization. I use tools like Hotjar to track user behavior and identify where visitors drop off. Then, I adjust the site’s design and content to make it as easy as possible for users to place an order or get in touch.

This way, I don’t just send traffic to a website — I make sure the entire funnel is optimized so that every click has the best chance of turning into a conversion.

How do you approach maintenance and post-launch support for your projects?

For me, a website is never “finished” at launch — it’s the start of a long-term journey. That’s why I include 2 years of maintenance with most of my packages. This covers software updates, backups, bug fixing, and security monitoring.

If clients need ongoing support beyond that period, I offer custom maintenance plans, adapted to their level of activity and goals. Many clients also request continuous SEO and marketing updates, which I integrate into the support.

I keep my pricing transparent and scalable.

Standard packages are best for small businesses or startups that need a strong online presence. They include a custom-designed website, basic SEO setup, and 2 years of maintenance.

Pro packages are designed for companies looking to scale. They include advanced e-commerce features, multi-language support, extended SEO campaigns (on-page + off-page), and detailed analytics reporting.

This way, every client can choose the level of investment that matches their stage of growth.

How do you measure and report the success of a website (traffic, conversions, search rankings, etc.)?

I believe success should be measurable. That’s why I track performance through Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and third-party reporting tools.

I focus on KPIs that matter: organic traffic growth, keyword rankings, leads generated, conversion rates, and ROI. Clients receive monthly reports that are clear and actionable, so they can see exactly how their website is performing and what steps we are taking to improve results further.
