Total Rip-Off Don’t use
Suppose to get a free logo when it would not allow me to download or delete my test logo's I joined the membership only to find the $40.00 was for the free logo contacted the company only to be told sorry you don't like our prices terrible customer service
I don't know what many people are dissatisfied with. My company is small and we were founded recently, but we needed a logo to promote bloggers. They explained what they wanted to get and got a great result! I will advise my friends who are engaged in this topic. Thanks!
I ordered a certain package of services (not cheap enough) and waited for the final result, and this is a number of banners for my projects. As a result, I received only part of the work performed, the rest was required to pay above, why is this?
This company misleads customers by showing low prices, tells customers to upgrade, takes your money and only delivers a portion of the "package" advertised! I asked to speak with a manager hoping to quickly receive the work which I had already paid for--- only to result in further disappointment by a person named Ben Gardner who was very condescending and unprofessional. Absolutely terrible service!
