Cannot comprehend the good review – my experience with Tailor Brands is rather poor
Well, Logos look quite good, but options to customize them are poor. In my case I needed a third text line in the Logo - not possible. The overall package they offer is comprehensive and looks like good value. So if you find a Logo that fits well, might be worth it. However, other here poorly rated websites offer much better customization than Tailor Brands.
A client needed a quick, cheap logo and business cards. Two days after the order was placed I got an email from them saying the cards were in transit. A week later I tracked it in FedEx and turns out FedEx was still awaiting the packg to be dropped off. It took me 3 days of back n forth emails to find out that no one knows what happened to the cards and now they're being reprinted. I am so livid and so is my client....bad communication, no followthru to ensure shipment was sent, slow customer svc turnaround. I would not recommend them.
Thieves plain and simple. Do not use. Trying to cancel brings you in an infinite loop that brings you exactly where you started.
Review ended but I need to put 200 characters so....
The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues.
The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start.
The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal.
They stole my money, I chose a basic plan and they charged me for the premium one, which was 35 euros almost 5 times the basic plan. Beware don't use the service. They are now not replying to me anymore, I can't get my money back also. I am not sure what to do now
Absolute WORST- in every regard. Wish I coould give 0 stars.
As you can tell by other reviews- they love being sneaky and taking your money for doing absolutely nothing for you in return. Not a fan of their disclosures. Charged me again even though I selected a ONE month program. Secondly, you can only have your website up for as long as you're subscribed. There are much better website builders out there. Do NOT go with Tailor Brands.
I've expressly stated what I want on my website before hiring these guys. Website, in the end, looked good but that does not outweigh the time I had to wait for the website to be made (which was expressly stated in my conditions that it needs to be ASAP before hiring them), moreover, some things that I expressly wanted implementing and they agreed to do were simply ignored in the end and they told me they can't be implemented due to technical difficulties.
Feels like they take your money, give you some random template without too much work and that's it. Sad
I'm giving it 2/5 stars since they've still made a nice website, although it's half-made products and it's for from what's been agreed and promised. After they give you their first prewritten draft, they don't really pay much attention to you. Not the best guys to do business with anyway, far from professional behavior
Edit: I have to change to a 1-star review since I can't officially use the website as its too broken, no cookie banner as its been agreed, not all subpages have the same buttons (results of careless work), basically everything is s-h-i-t
I'm super disappointed, and I've waited 2 months for this garbage
Absolute thieves. I bought only one logo for $4.95 and they keep charging me a monthly fee of $9.99. Meanwhile, there is no single way to "cancel" something that I have never signed up for. Lots of people have the same issue and authorities need to question this company on their business practices.
On top of that, customer support is non-existent. Sending emails results in auto-replies.
Whoever reads this review, BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY EITHER WAY.
Even though Tailorbrands claims to use AI technology, their logos are nothing more than a standard font & an existing (publicly available) icon from an iconpack meshed together that multiple people will use... In practice this means that you get only usage rights, but not full copyright on your logo... If you're not planning to build your company into a brand- that's no problem, but if you want to build up any reputation you need copyright & probably a trademark at some point down the line. Just a shame that this is not so transparent....
