Overhyped and Underwhelming – Not Worth the Hassle
Tried HostHatch for a few months and honestly regret the decision. The service felt unstable, and support was close to useless. It’s all ticket-based with long wait times, and when they do respond, it’s often copy-pasted responses that don’t actually resolve anything.
The resource limitations are another big problem. They advertise generous specs, but once you actually start using the server, you’ll quickly hit hidden caps or get random performance drops. It feels like they oversell their infrastructure and leave customers hanging.
