Z.com 評價与测试 2024 – 务必看完这个再考虑付款

This is my second year renewing my subscription with Z.com. Unfortunately, this year, the outage and downtime have now become too severe and too frequent. As I write this, my website has been down for more than 6 hours already. This is very unacceptable, even if I'm just running a personal blog for non-commercial purposes. If given the option, I would like to ask for a refund (since I just recently renewed) and migrate to a new hosting service.

I`ve been using Z.com for several years when the company was called, netdesignhost.com. I have a shared hosting option, upload with filezilla. Throughout the years I only had a couple of problems when the company without my knowledge changed my passwords. I contacted them via their chat line and that was soon resolved, they sent me new passwords. Last September 2022, I renewed my annual subscription, the company now, Z.com. Shortly after renewal my home page (index.html) began diverting to a porn site. I contacted the company via chat line and the person said they`d deleted a couple of files and all should be OK. But no, the problem still persisted. Contacted their chat line again, now they are telling me the problem is from my computer. BTW, I am an IT specialist and know my stuff. This happens approx every 6 hours. I have to delete the index.html file from their server and upload again from my computer, this resolves the problem again for 6 hours. I`ve tried literally everything to solve this problem and nothing works. This is bad for my reputation and worry that if this persists google will list my site as a dangerous site. Z.com also changed from http to https, that has wiped my home page from google search. I also had problems logging into the Z.com site, my old password from netdesignhost.com did not work. So again back to their chat line, the person told me to contact them by email. Eventually after a struggle managed to log in but the site is very slow, hit and miss. Unfortunately I only paid my annual subscription last September and if it was due now I would use another website hosting company.

Free Domain + Hosting from ₱828/yr plan is terribly slow, it takes too long to load even the newly installed wordpress. It always renders an internal server error every time I logged in to my dashboard. Not good for a business website. Totally disappointed.

I bought Domain from them and it didn't worked. I waited for couple of days for it work, but it didn't. So I raised a support ticket, no reply. Again a support ticket, no reply. Then I raised a refund request, still No reply.. If you buy anything at z.com. Buy it when you are ready to loose money or ready to get scammed

Don't use service from this hosting. They will hold your problem and play trick when you need to leave from them. There technical has less experience to solve problem. You must always solved your problem for own and many thing controlled from Japan that not suitable for other country.

Z.com should be Top web hosting and I have good experience and very impress with Z.com. Their customer service is first grade and the support from Japan head office is Number 1, Z.com provide good value web hosting service, only S$23 a year for personal plan and S$66 a year for business plan, strongly recommended.

Not even worth a 1 star! I can't even install a simple wordpress website. Not even their technical guy. What a waste of time and effort. Support sucks! Cpanel Sucks hosting config Sucks All sucks! Sincerely yours, Disappointed Client here

I have been trying to reset my password because I was locked out of the account. I opened the account, and a day later I was locked out, and I tried to do password recovery, and it is not sending me an email to recover the password. I reached out to their CS and told me to wait for a while as their server may be busy, few days later, it is still the same...
