Mfirma Review 2024: Are You Sacrificing Features for Speed?

Mark Holden Mark Holden Website Development Expert

Mfirma offers a basic website builder tool that claims to get your website ready in 5 minutes. Although its template library is huge, Mfirma covers the basic website building needs and its customer support needs a lot of improvement.

Overview

To compare the best website builders on ease of use, templates, customer service, and value for money, we tried to build the same site on each platform. Check out the results here.

Mfirma is a Poland-based company that offers a GDPR-compliant website builder tool that claims to get your site up and running in five minutes.  The company also offers lots of other web-related services including Google Ad campaigns, domain registration, SEO positioning, and email services.

The Mfirma website is very cluttered, unorganized, and looks pretty cheap. The website is also entirely in Polish by default, but you can view it in Czech, Russian, or German by changing the country domain extension (e.g., .cz, .ru, or .de) in the URL.

Features and Ease of Use

Mfirma’s ad-free website builder has built-in hosting and comes with a total of 1,000 templates that are divided into different business categories (e.g., education, music and clubs, fashion and style, etc). You can use the website builder on your browser without the need to install any software on your device.

Although Mfirma isn’t a drag-and-drop website builder, you can easily create a page and edit its content at any time. You can also change the entire template and the color of your website.

Other features include contact forms, image galleries, favicon icons, and Google Maps. Plus, the ability to edit CSS and embed your own HTML or JavaScript code, audio and video players, visit counter, and more.

Mfirma offers three different plans (with inclusive web hosting) to get started with your own website – Basic, Active, and Business. The Basic package gives you most of the facilities, but it’s only designed for those who want a simple online presence.

If your website is your main source of getting new clients, then the other two plans that both have a set budget of 400 PLN with the Active package and 700 PLN with the Business package for Google advertising.

All plans include a free SSL certificate, a free domain name ( .pl or .com.pl ), and a website (CMS).

Pricing and Support

Mfirma’s prices are pretty cheap, but its Basic plan is more expensive than well-established website builders like Wix, for example. All prices are displayed in Polish zloty.

As for the payment model, you can pay in two or four monthly installments, but there are no quarterly, semi-annual or annual payment models available.

If you’re undecided about Mfirma, you can try the website builder free for seven days before you commit to any package.

One of Mfirma’s drawbacks is its support, which is often criticized. As mentioned earlier, the website appears messy and unattractive. The presence of only a few FAQ sections under each service and a small Help Center with limited tutorials contributes to this issue.

Mfirm Support Section

To contact the customer support, there’s a live chat channel, but when I tested it, I was unable to connect to a representative. Other communication channels include phone, email, or a contact form.

Mfirma REVIEW: BOTTOM LINE

I’m not surprised that Mfirma isn’t among the top 10 best website builders in the market today. It offers pretty basic features, poor customer support, and has a bad website design. On the other hand, it does have a few perks like a wide range of templates and offering freebies like built-in hosting, free domain, and free SSL.

Pros:
  • 1,000 templates
  • Free 7-day trial
  • Free domain name and free SSL certificate
  • Support for CSS editing
  • Free Google Ad credit

Cons:
  • Poor website
  • Unresponsive support

Mfirma isn’t quite right for you? I recommend using a more intuitive and feature-packed tool like Wix.

Zawodna firma

Prosty edytor stron www

Można przyłączyć do domeny pocztę e-mail. Poza tym muszę pochwalić portal za ekspresową i bardzo uprzejmą obsługę klienta.
