Baldwin Digital has been in operation since 2012 providing a suite of technical and creative marketing strategies for both large and small businesses. The agency is based in Cork, Ireland and mainly offers digital marketing services in English.
Features and Ease of Use
Baldwin Digital offers services in SEO, responsive web design and development, social media management, logo design, and Google Adword management. The website package also incorporates web hosting.
This package comes with four plans fully designed to comprehensively cater to the needs of startups, small businesses, medium-sized businesses, and even enterprises. These plans come with:
- At least three web pages and a blog-page setup
- Mobile responsiveness
- Free domain
- Cloud web hosting for the first year
- On-page optimization
The WordPress CMS feature allows beginners to easily write, edit, and upload both texts and images on their blogs and websites, and also attach video files from their favorite providers on the internet.
It also features Google Analytics and Maps for its users. This is a very handy tool when it comes to tracking and showing the number of visitors who come to your website. But what’s the point of having numerous visitors and not letting them know where to find your business? This is where the Google map feature comes in. Baldwin Digital adds its user’s business listing to the map and then integrates the same in your website. This is useful since some buyers prefer having a one-on-one experience rather than just buying stuff online.
With the ever-changing business environment and social media playing a huge role in revolutionizing it, it’s good to see Baldwin Digital covering this with its social media and blog integration feature. It will prepare your blog, create social media icons, link your website to your various social media accounts, and even add a social media feed.
Pricing and Support
Baldwin Digital’s packages don’t come cheap but the prices are VAT inclusive. However, given that you get a free domain and cloud hosting coupled with hosting at least three web pages with a blog page in the entry-level plan, it isn’t that bad. The company is also very flexible and can be contacted for a personal quote. To do this, you’ll just have to submit a simple form.
Sadly, there are no discounts, special offers, free trial periods, or money-back guarantees available. So, there is no way that you can actually test the service other than taking a “leap of faith” and committing to buy a plan.
Customer support is via phone, email, and ticketing. I used the ticket support to inquire more about their hosting plans only to receive a response after two days. While they don’t advertise 24/7 support, their responses are courteous and not canned. There is also no knowledge base but there is an up-to-date blog.
