REG.RU, one of the largest (if not the largest) hosting companies in Russia, has over 1.9 million customers worldwide. They founded the company back in 2006, and they specialize in shared hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, cloud hosting, and domain registration.
Although this company serves customers all over the world, its website is available only in Russian.
Features and Ease of Use
REG.RU provides a wide range of shared hosting price plans for both Windows and Linux. The packages differ in a few respects (depending on your requirements), but they share some similarities such as:

Linux hosting is available on Budget, Speed, and +Power plans, whereas Windows hosting offers a choice between Budget and Speed. The plans differ mainly in terms of their storage space.
Considering the size of the company, and the features it offers, REG.RU’s prices are pretty low compared with its competitors. There is no clear refund policy, but you can get a 14-day free trial. REG.RU accepts payments via PayPal, credit cards, or wire transfers.
The self-support knowledge base was a little hard to locate but was well worth it when I did. It contains many useful tutorials (including video tutorials) and a comprehensive F.A.Q. section. Alternatively, you can summon one-to-one support via telephone, ticket, or live chat. Although the support ticket system isn’t as responsive as I would like, I have no complaints at all about the live chat channel via which I received an instant, informative, professional response:

Which REG.RU plan should I get?
My recommendation is to start with a cheaper plan. You can always upgrade later on. REG.RU can help you with the migration to a more expensive plan. The increase in visitors many times takes longer than expected and you shouldn’t pay a lot of money until the need arises. REG.RU is not ranked as one of our top web hosts. But that can also be a result of REG.RU being a small, under the radar, hosting provider.
