Relatively new, privately owned company Endo Hosting offers a suite of website hosting solutions to its Indian and international customers. The company is based in Tamil Nadu, India, and its partially populated website is in English.
Features and Ease of Use
Endo Hosting provides dedicated servers, shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting and domain services. Although many of its website links lead to empty pages – including the shared hosting page – I can tell you that the shared hosting features include:
- Daily backups
- Free website migrations
- Purchasable SSL certificates
- Dedicated customer support
- Safe and secure hosting
- 99.9% uptime guarantee
There are two shared hosting plans: a basic plan that comes with 10 GB space, ten emails and domain accounts; and a second plan with unlimited allocations. Both plans feature the user-friendly cPanel control panel that will simplify the management of your hosting account and website.
Endo Hosting also offers free website migrations. The good news ends there because there is no one-click installer and no free SSL certificate. However, along with the dedicated servers page, the “pay for” SSL certificates page is one of the few populated pages on the Endo Hosting website.
Pricing and Support
Imagine getting your website hosting for less than a dollar a month. That’s exactly what you get with Endo Hosting’s very cheap hosting that doesn’t cheat you on quality. The 10 GB web space provided by the basic plan should be enough to host a reasonably large website.
Although there is no free SSL certificate, Endo Hosting lets you purchase a certificate at a reasonable price from any of the leading providers including Symantec, RapidSSL, GeoTrust, Comodo, Thawte, and DigiCert.
The good news is that you get a money-back guarantee with Endo Host. The not so good news is that it’s only a three-day money-back guarantee, which doesn’t give you much time to decide if this really is the web host for you.
Monthly and annual billing terms are available, and (as I discovered) it may be possible to negotiate a discount with the sales agent. The only way to pay for plans is via PayPal.
There is no 24/7 support with Endo Hosting, but the company strives to provide dedicated support by phone, email and live chat. That’s good because there are no self-support resources on the Endo Hosting website.
Since the website itself is so poorly populated with details about shared hosting plans, I decided to discover more by initiating a live chat. The agent answered promptly and provided me with all the information I needed (about shared hosting) to write this review:
